Q.
What does PDH stand for?
A.
PDH stands for Professional Development Hour.
A.
Every licensee is required to obtain 15 PDHs during the renewal period.
If
a licensee exceeds the annual requirement in any renewal period, a maximum
of 15 PDHs may be carried forward into the subsequent renewel period.
Q. Can PDHs be rounded off?
A. PDHs are credited to the nearest one-third of an hour but can not be rounded off for additional credit. For example 4.5 hours of credit received would be reported as 4 PDHs. However, if the licensee also had another .5 hours of credit for another activity then 5 PDHs could be claimed.
