21-56.0403. APPLICATION FILES

Application files are reviewed on an annual basis. If an application has been pending for one year or more, notice will be given to the applicant of the status of the application file. If after notice the applicant does not wish to pursue the application or does not reply to the Board's inquiry within 30 days after such notice, the file will be destroyed.
