21-56.0505. EXPIRATIONS AND RENEWALS OF CERTIFICATES

(a) Professional Engineer Registration. An annual renewal fee of forty dollars ($40.00) for certificates of licensure for Professional Engineers shall be payable to the Board. The Board will send to each Professional Engineer a form which requires the registrant to provide the Board with both the business and residential addresses. The completed form for renewal of certificate along with the required fee is to be forwarded to the Board.

(b) Engineering Intern Certificate. The Engineering Intern certificate does not expire and, therefore, does not have to be renewed.
