21-56.1105. FIRM SEAL

The use of a seal by a firm is not required for certification. A firm seal is not authorized for use in lieu of the required seal of a Professional Engineer or Professional Land Surveyor. When a firm seal is used, it does not relieve the individual registrant of the requirements and responsibilities pertaining to the individual's seal.
