Board Amends Rule Expanding Scope of Responsible Charge

The Board has amended its Rules of Professional Conduct, Rule .0701, to expand the scope of a licensee’s exercise of responsible charge. The new version of the rule is effective May 1, 2024, and applies to actions committed on or after that date.
