CPC Sponsorship Changes

On May 15, 2024, the Board voted to cease approving CPC Sponsor applications. Current Sponsors can renew in 2024, but this will be the last year of approved continuing education providers in North Carolina. Licensees are not required to take continuing education from Sponsors. The burden remains with the licensee to determine whether education programs and activities maintain, improve or expand skills and knowledge relevant to the licensee’s field of practice, subject to audit by the Board.
